General Questions
SWFL Apparel is a local, flexible printing business specializing in custom shirts, hoodies, performance apparel, workwear, and accessories for small businesses, events, and personal projects. We’re based right here in Southwest Florida and we love working with our community.
We are based in Southwest Florida (SWFL) — Fort Myers area — and proudly serve local businesses and individuals throughout the region. Local pickup is available for all orders.
Nope! We have no minimum order requirement. Whether you need one shirt for yourself or a hundred for your whole team, we’ve got you covered. This is one of the biggest advantages of working with us over larger print shops.
Ordering & Customization
We print on t-shirts, hoodies, performance wear, work shirts, polos, koozies, bags, hats, and more. If you have a specific request, feel free to reach out — we can source and print on almost anything!
Yes, you can provide your own garments. However, we recommend discussing the material and intended decoration method with us first to ensure the best possible results.
We are not liable for misprints on customer provided garments.
With our DTF printing, you get full-color printing with absolutely no extra charges for the number of colors in your design. Gradients, photographic images, complex logos — no problem and no upcharge.

For the best results, we prefer PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), SVG, or high-resolution PNG files at 300 DPI or higher. Artwork with transparent backgrounds is preferred. Vector files are always ideal since they scale without losing quality. Don’t worry if you’re unsure — send us what you have and we’ll tell you if anything needs adjustment.
Production & Turnaround
Most orders are completed within 6-8 business days after final artwork approval. Turnaround can vary based on order size and complexity, but we’ll always give you an accurate estimate when you place your order. Rush options may be available just ask!
Rush service is available for an additional fee when we have availability. If you need an order sooner than our standard 6-8 business day window, reach out to us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Payment & Shipping
We prefer ACH or check, but we also accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cash for local orders. Payment details will be provided when your order is confirmed.
We offer both! Local SWFL pickup is available at no extra cost. We also ship orders — shipping rates depend on the size and weight of the order and will be calculated when your order is placed.

Yes! We offer discounted pricing for bulk orders. The more you order, the better the per-unit price. Contact us directly for a custom bulk quote tailored to your specific needs.
We print for everyone! Businesses, sports teams, events, families, or just yourself if you want custom apparel, we want to help. No project is too small.
